HighLytr is currently being prepared for a limited private pilot.
Years of school records. One place to find what matters.
HighLytr brings together school emails, IEPs, 504 plans, evaluations, progress reports, recommendations, meeting records, and attachments, then lets parents search, summarize, compare, and trace information back to the original document and page.
See how HighLytr works
Watch HighLytr turn years of scattered emails, PDFs, assessments, plans, and school communications into one searchable record.
The functions shown in this demonstration are operational. Public user accounts are not open yet.
Ask for the information-not the file location
Parents should not need to remember which folder, email chain, attachment, or document contains the information they need.
Summarize the new IEP
List its goals, services, supports, and important dates.
What changed?
Compare the current plan with the previous version.
Find the recommendation
Which evaluation recommended reading support?
Trace the source
Where does the new plan address that recommendation?
Spot what is missing
Which report requested before the next meeting is still missing?
Find a document fast
Show every document that mentions occupational therapy or locate a birth certificate.
Answers can include the relevant document, the exact page, the supporting passage, and a link to open the original record.

Built for parents managing complex school records
Years of school support can produce hundreds of emails, plans, evaluations, reports, attachments, recommendations, meeting notes, and revised documents. HighLytr brings those materials together so parents can find information, understand what changed, prepare for meetings, and verify every answer against the original record.
HighLytr is an organizational and information-retrieval tool. It does not diagnose a child, interpret education law, determine eligibility, recommend which services a child should receive, or replace teachers, specialists, advocates, or lawyers.
